Section 1:  The Society shall have at least eight (8) regular meetings at a place and time designated by the Executive Board.

Section 2:  The regular meeting in April shall be the Annual Meeting Election of officers shall be held and annual reports shall be presented at this meeting.

Section 3:  Special meetings can be called by the President of the Executive Board and shall be called upon written reonest of ten (10) members of the Society presented to any elected officer.  The purpose of the meeting shall be stated in the call.  Except in cases of emergency, at least five (5) days notice shall be given.

Section 4:  The lesser of twenty (2) members of the Society or twenty-five percent (25%) of the membership of the Society shall constitute a quorum.
