Section 1: The elected Officers of the Society shall be: - President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Section 2: The appointed officers of the Society shall be the chairmen of the following Standing Committees:
- Exhibits
- Historial
- Library
- Membership
- newsletter
- Parliamentary
- Program
- Projects
- Public Relations
- Webmaster
- Workshops
Section 3: The elected and appointed Officers shall be members of the Executive Board.
Section 4: Special Committees are appointed as deemed necessary to carry on the work of the Society, function only for a specified task, and cease to exist once their tasks are completed. Special Committee tasks should not duplicate those encompassed in the Standing Committees' responsibilities. Special Committees shall be appointed by the President of the Society with assistance and approval of the Executive Board.Special Committees required by the Bylaws are: Audit, Bylaws, Nominating.
