1. You must be a member to enroll in a workshop.  non-members are asked to send seperate checks for the membership and workshop fees.
2. Spaces are filled in the order that full payments are received
3. Early bird discounts apply to any registration postmarked no earlier than the designated date and prior to the regular rate increase noted on each workshop - NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. Refunds are available only if class is cancelled or if wait list permits
5. When the workshop is full, the extra students will be notified immediately.  If they wish, they can be first on the wait list.
6. Others wishing to reserve a space on the waiting list may send a refundable deposit for 50% of the fee.
7. Thos who are in the class will be sent a supply list if it was included in the original ad.  They can also expect a reminder notice before the class.
8. Workshops are usually held at the Irving Center for the Arts, 2000 West Airport Freeway (Hwy 183 and Storey Road) unless otherwsie specified.

RETREATS are also held from time to time and most of these rules would also apply.
