Join us April 17-19, 2009 for a fun weekend of paper arts, bookbinding, collage, art stamping, calligraphy, jewelry, metal working, altered books, polymer clay and more...
We’re very excited to make Columbus the new site for Artiscape- our hometown! The new, beautifully renovated Holiday Inn Capital Square is our headquarters, located just steps from our studio, the lovely Topiary Garden and historic German Village. Hosting the event in our hometown will allow us to concentrate on creating the best weekend possible for you!

At our unconventional “convention”- there’s something for everyone: more than 50 workshops of all levels,
a Welcoming Gala, the wonderful Marketplace at Artiscape, an Outsider Art Fair, Sunday’s Afternoon Tea and much more! Take a full schedule of workshops or just a few and relax with a book by the lobby fireplace. Come for the weekend or just the afternoon. The goal is a fun, educational weekend among friends- old and new!

I’m very pleased to welcome you to Artiscape...

The Age of Innocence ~ This year’s theme!
Artiscape’s neighborhood in the Discovery District is full of Victorian mansions, ornate wrought iron and the Topiary Garden, perfect for this tale of turn-of-the-century New York society. The novel won Edith Wharton the Pulitzer Prize in 1921 (the first won by a woman) and Martin Scorcese’s lavish 1993 screen adaption won numerous awards for its wonderful art direction, production design, and costumes. Be inspired by this fun and evocative theme!
